1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by KS Bees, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Local Sales Only
KS Bees operates exclusively for local sales within El Dorado County, Shingle Springs. We do not offer shipping services, and all transactions are limited to customers within the specified local area.
3. Product Availability
All products listed on our platform are subject to availability. KS Bees reserves the right to limit the quantity of products available for purchase.
4. Ordering Process
Customers can place orders through KS Bees's designated platform or in-person. Orders are processed based on product availability and are subject to confirmation.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices for products are clearly stated on our platform and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is required at the time of purchase, and KS Bees accepts paypal, venmo and cash.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Refunds will only be issued in the event of product unavailability, and customers will be promptly notified.
7. Product Quality
KS Bees is committed to delivering high-quality honey products. However, as honey is a natural product, variations in color and taste may occur. We do not guarantee exact consistency between batches.
8. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for order fulfillment. KS Bees is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. Privacy Policy
KS Bees respects the privacy of its customers. Personal information collected during the ordering process will be used solely for order fulfillment and will not be shared with third parties.

Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on any purchase. However, we do accept returns for a like product. If you wish to exchange your item for a similar one, please contact our customer service team at kscotts@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
